    The most important step in the portrait design you will create is the quality of the photo you will upload. When taking a photo of your pet, you can take the most suitable photo for the design by reviewing the guide below. 

    1. The Right Light

    Take care to take the photo in a bright place with daylight.

    2. Right Angle

    Choose a photo taken as close as possible and with all the head details evident.

    3. Correct Pose

    Be careful not to shoot at eye level and to have no problems with sharpness.

    4. Leave the Rest to Us

    Our artists will turn your submitted photo into a work of art!

    • Expect your portrait ready to preview and approve in 1-3 days.
    • We'll start printing within 24 hours of receiving your approval!

    • Custom products take longer to produce due to the cut-and-sew technique we use to create one-of-a-kind production techniques
    • Fleece Blankets, beach towels and pillows can take 5-7 days to print, cut and sew after receiving artwork approval
    • Phone cases can take 2-4 days to print, cut and sew after receiving artwork approval
